At Pawfect Health, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Due to the nature of pet health and supplement products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, unless the product is faulty.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


3. Faulty and Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including original shipping costs where applicable)


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used pet health products
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage


7. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you are subscribed to a recurring product:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
  • Charges already processed are non-refundable unless the product is faulty


8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
